Artworks purchased on Art over the world will be shipped by the sellers themselves, using their own carriers. The method of shipping is appearing next to each artworks.
Artworks shipped by the sellers themselves (1 to 4 weeks delivery on average)
In this case, sellers choose their own carriers and handle all aspects of the delivery. They are responsible for selecting a carrier with international tracking. Most parcels shipped by sellers are delivered worldwide in 1 to 4 weeks.
I haven’t received the package, can I contact Art over the World?
Yes, if you haven’t received the package and you can’t contact the seller you may contact Art over the World. However, we are not responsible for the package and/or product but we would like to assist you in receiving the package.
- The return request must be made within 14 days of receipt
- Returns sent without a prior request will not be accepted
- The works must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging

- Click on: Request Warranty
- Select the works you wish to return, then validate
- Personalized orders, or commission works made specifically for you
