Art over the World is 100% committed to the satisfaction of collectors: you have 14 days to return an original work. The work must be returned to the artist in perfect condition, in its original packaging. All eligible items are returnable (unless otherwise specified).

How to return items?

1. Use the section: “DASHBOARD” > “MY ORDERS” > “RETURN”
2. You wait for a return address of the vendor and then bring it to a parcel by your choice with track and trace.
3. You receive a full refund as soon as the seller receives the package

When will I receive a refund?

You will receive your refund on the same payment method you used, as soon as the artwork has been delivered back in perfect condition, in its original packaging.

Items not eligible for the return policy:

• Custom orders or made-to-order works made especially for you
• Prints on demand
• Virtual Goods (Licenses, Active Services & Subscriptions, Advertising etc…)
• Special orders when a specific return policy is mentioned
• Items damaged, unless report was made within 48h after delivery
